Pastor Jonathan Palaci
Pastor of Church Organizational Leadership
Oversees the organizational leadership of the church, including church ministry teams, groups, staff, and calendar.
Pastor Jonathan Palaci serves as one of the lead pastors of Christ Family Church. He and his wife, Marilyn, have three children and two foster boys. Jonathan holds an M.A. in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA., and a B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Trinity University in Chicago, IL. He is an ordained pastor of the SBC and a certified counselor with the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). He also serves as an evaluator for Church Planters for the North American Mission Board (NAMB).

PASTOR JOSE PRADO
Pastor of Preaching Ministry and Church Membership
Oversees preaching ministry team. Also oversees church membership, including classes, interviews, and follow-up.
Pastor Jose Prado serves as one of the lead Pastors at Christ Family Church. He and his wife, Kristine, have four children. Jose graduated from The Sovereign Grace Ministries Pastors College in Gaithersburg, MA in 2010 as an ordained pastor. He serves as an evaluator of Church Planters for the Acts 29 Network and the North American Mission Board (NAMB) with the Southern Baptist Convention. He is a co-host of Saints and Sinners Unplugged; a podcast that provides Gospel conversations to a modern church desperately needing to return to the basic message of grace through Jesus Christ.

PASTOR ALEX HERRERA
Pastor of Spanish Ministries
Oversees Christ Family Español ministries, groups, bible studies of men and women.
Pastor Alex Herrera serves as one of the Pastors of Christ Family Church. His main focus is the preaching, teaching and pastoral care of the Spanish ministries of the church. He and his wife Veronica have been blessed with two children and one grandson. Alex is a Send Network Pastor within the Southern Baptist Convention and is also an evaluator of Church Planters for the North American Mission Board ( NAMB). Alex loves to read the Puritans, loves to proclaim the Good News of the Gospel and loves to teach the People of God to delight in the Lord Jesus.
